originally was going to be my "shout out" thing but it didnt end up that way. it ended up being a promo for a story im working on called "The Perfect World". the characters pictured here are Greg (the human) and Yuuku (who is just a shadow here) and you may know them as my persona if youve watched me for a long time (i havent drawn Greg in FOREVER). this is the first time ive uploaded a pic where Greg looks kinda crazy o.o;; but it is very much a character development story... and the main character happens to be Greg...

this image is probably based off a scene somewhere near the end once Greg fully is able to embrace the powers of the Timeworshipers and somewhat "contact" Yuuku and becomes more confident in himself (well, sort of... its a weird story).

"The Perfect World" is a story inspired by various concepts of what a perfect world would be like that ive obtained over time from conversations with friends, family, internet people, forum browsing and in-class discussions from school. its an interesting topic, especially since i was never able to agree with any of them. my story is basically a social commentary about how idealism will always just stay that: idealism, and how there is no such thing as a perfect world and there never will be. it covers a rather wide range of political, social and religious topics (i know... all you guys are probably YAWNING now) through the experiences and self-searching discoveries of the main character, Greg DaVanon, as well as the people around him. Yuuku is a spiritual creature from Greg's people's culture that kinda symbolizes Greg's own progress in his self-search (so kinda like his own personal guardian spirit). at first, he cannot even sense the presence of Yuuku, but Yuuku becomes stronger as Greg's inner self becomes stronger. in turn, this also makes Greg's "Time" powers stronger as well.

i dont care if anyone thinks thats a boring plot idea D< im writing it anyways, and when im done, and after i edit it and reread it, i will try to publish it >D then hope itll be made into a movie (personally, i think itd make a very cool animated movie).

by the way, i really enjoyed drawing the gooey "drippiness" of the Yuuku shadow. that was so awesome...
