Artist's Comments i dont get the title, either, but it is ovyo and oka! in full color!  Oka (dark colored lion on the left) is the lion fursona of my good friend, dave ^_^ it took a lot of trial and error to get the color right. ya, so ive sketched him many many times, this was the first time i colored him, so i wasnt really sure what i was gonna do, lol. oka is a swahili word meaning 'fire pottery' or as a verb 'to fire pottery'. i hope davey likes his lion fursona!  Ovyo (light colored one on the right) is the lion fursona of my good buddy, nathan! lol, ovyo is the swahili word for 'random' and anybody who knows him would understand why or they would just wonder why i didnt name him something food-related, since hes always hungry  . i didnt really try all that hard on my background. i guess i just didnt feel like doing much for it anyways . i mostly drew it to figure out what their colors would be, and to introduce the characters a bit. ill do full-body drawings of each later on. i hope you all enjoy!  ovyo and oka copyright to me everyone who has faved this!   |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
